Pinkuylluna

Information

It is an archaeological site located on the slope of a mountain, next to the town of Ollantaytambo, in the department of Cusco in Peru. It can be seen from the ruins of the fortress located in front of it.

The structures that can be observed from afar are 'colcas', which are food warehouses from the Inca period.

The ruins area can be accessed from the town, as there is an entrance at the intersection of Lares Kikllu and Tika K'ikllu Streets. Entrance is free of charge. It is about 250 metres uphill on foot to reach the colcas, and takes about 30 minutes.
