Information

This park is ideal for those who enjoy trekking. It has several trails of different lengths, and there are some of low and medium difficulty. They go through natural environments with abundant vegetation, streams, waterfalls and viewpoints. They are all self-guided:
- Mirador Natural Trail: it is a 550-metre long trail that starts at the recreation area. It has uphill sections, so it is advisable to be in good physical condition. You will reach a panoramic point from where you can appreciate the thick vegetation of the park.
- Arroyo Mina Trail: it is of low difficulty, it is 930 metres long and it takes about 30 minutes to do it. It starts where the Mina waterfall is, which can be seen from the recreation area. It is circular and ends at this same initial waterfall, but on the other side of the stream. During the route it runs parallel to the river, and there are signs indicating what there is at different points or stops.
- Salto Guarani Trail: it is 970 metres long and takes about 30 minutes one way (1 hour round trip). It also starts at the recreation area. It is a low-difficulty, mostly a flat trail that leads to a waterfall.
- Trail to La Rosada: this is a long trail, about 2.5 km long, linking the recreation area with the museum site. It takes about 2 to 3 hours round trip. If you are starting from the recreation area, the first section is the same as the Arroyo Mina trail. In addition, halfway there is a sign that marks a detour to continue towards the Escondido waterfall, along a secondary path that has some steep uphill stretches (for people in good physical condition).
