Trails of Llanos de Challe National Park

Information

The Llanos de Challe National Park has the Los Pozos office, which is located a few metres from the road that comes from the town of Huasco Bajo and crosses the park. From Los Pozos you have access to trails and places to visit:
- At 250 metres there is a camping site, which has well delimited camping sites, tables and toilets.
- From the campsite there is a 400 metre long pedestrian path towards the coast, which leads to Playa Blanca (Blanca Beach). As the name says, this is a white sandy beach where you can see birds and reptiles of the coastal environment. When I went there it was not suitable for bathing.
- Also near the campsite there is a path to a viewpoint of about 200 metres long, with walkways.
- From in front of the Conaf office, on the other side of the road is the Centenario interpretative trail. This is a 2.5 km long circular path, excellent for appreciating the flora and fauna of the site.

There are several other trails in other sectors of the park, some of them longer.
