Rauch is a town located in the central area of the Argentine province of Buenos Aires. It lies approximately 73 kilometers from Azul, 78 kilometers from Tandil and about 260 kilometers from the city of Buenos Aires. Despite its moderate size it offers essential services such as a fuel station, ATM, lodging options, supermarket and several shops where food and basic goods can be purchased.

One of its main attractions is the riverside recreational area on the Chapaleofú Stream, located just outside the urban area. It's a spacious site surrounded by parks and green areas, ideal for spending the day outdoors. During the warm summer months (which run from December to March) the site becomes a gathering spot for locals and visitors, especially on weekends. The peaceful surroundings make it perfect for relaxing, having picnics or simply enjoying nature.

To get there, Rauch has a bus terminal that receives services from several cities such as Buenos Aires (Retiro terminal), Mar del Plata, Tandil and San Miguel de Tucumán. For those traveling from Córdoba or Rosario, a prior connection in Buenos Aires is required.
