It is a fishing village and beach in the Los Ríos region of Chile. It is located on the coast of an inlet by the Pacific Ocean. It is 2.5 km from Niebla and 20 km from the city of Valdivia.
It is a very busy tourist area in the high season months (January and February), where visitors come to enjoy its long dark sandy beach. It has a waterfront with viewpoints to walk along while enjoying a panoramic view of the inlet, where there are also restaurants offering fish specialities. There are also grocery shops and cabins for rent.
Los Molinos can be reached from Niebla by the paved Route T-352, also known as Ruta del Mar de Valdivia (Route of the Sea of Valdivia).
