Itapé

Information

It is a small beach in Concepción del Uruguay, in the Argentinean province of Entre Ríos. It is located on the Itapé stream. It is near the centre of the city, and is quieter and less crowded than others.

In its surroundings there is a camping area. During the high summer season (especially in January and February) it has habilitated services. From the beach there is an excellent view of the bridge that leads to Isla del Puerto.

To get there, from the main square of Concepción, take Juan Domingo Perón Street towards the south for 1.5 kilometres. You get to a roundabout, where you take the second exit. Follow this road for 150 metres until you reach a fork, where you take the road that goes off to the right and leads to the beach.
