It is an area with geological shapes, where you can see mountains with coloured stripes due to the different compositions of its rocks. It is located near the locality of Uspallata.
To get there from Uspallata, take General Las Heras Street in the opposite direction to Route 7 that goes to the Andes. It becomes a dirt road, which after about 9 kilometres reaches the Cerro Siete Colores.
It is freely accessible. The complete vehicle ride (including the tour of the place and the round trip to the village) takes about 2 hours.
It is also a good place to see wildlife, as it is common to observe several birds typical of the area.
