Information

It is a town located in the lower part and at the foot of the Sierras of San Luis (a mountain chain). It is a religious tourism destination that gathers crowds in its annual celebration of faith to the Cristo de la Quebrada (Christ of the Ravine).

It has grocery shops, restaurants, lodging and camping sites. There is a main square in front of which there are eateries and religious articles for sale.

It has a Way of the Cross on a hill, whose entrance is diagonal to the square. It is climbed by a cement path that passes through the different stations, until it reaches a cross where there are also excellent panoramic views of the town. Then the walk continues downhill, passes through the last two stations and further on reaches the exit.

To get there, this locality is situated 39 kilometres away from the city of San Luis, 32 kilometres along the National Route 146 and then 7 kilometres along a secondary access road, both of them paved. Another alternative is to drive 33 kilometres along Provincial Route 3.
