Information
It is a green space in Gualeguaychú, which can be reached from the city by crossing the Gualeguaychú River through the Méndez Casariego Bridge. This park is ideal for a day of picnic or trekking in the open air.
For those who want to take a walk around the park, there is plenty to see:
- A long river shore, which in one sector has a pedestrian path called La Delfina, with seating and barbecues.
- The Laguna del Parque, which is a body of water with many birds, some domestic and others autochthonous such as the rosy-billed pochard (Netta peposaca) and the ringed teal (Callonetta leucophrys).
- A Way of the Cross with its stations, which can be walked along a low-difficulty path.
- A floristic reserve where you can see an extension of native vegetation.
