- The access road to Concepción del Uruguay departs from National Route 14. This road to the south joins National Route 12, which leads to the city of Buenos Aires. The same route 14 communicates to the north with other localities in Entre Ríos and the provinces of Corrientes and Misiones.
- If you are coming from Uruguay, the closest international bridge to Concepción is the Colón-Paysandú bridge. But if you are coming from the south of Uruguay, it is more convenient to go through the Gualeguaychú-Fray Bentos bridge.
