The Potrero de Yala protected area has trails that allow you to walk and get to know its landscapes and natural environments:
- Bosque Montano Trail: it is of low difficulty and takes about 40 minutes one way. It leaves from the visitor centre of the Laguna Comedero. On the way you can see the Laguna Noques and you will reach a free camping area. As the name of the trail says, you can appreciate the mountain forest environment, which in the park has an altitude between 1500 metres above sea level and 3000 metres above sea level.
- Corral Redondo Trail: low difficulty and takes 30 minutes one way. It starts at the car park of the Laguna Rodeo and ends at the provincial route 4 that crosses the park. You can see a round stone corral used for branding cattle.
- Miradores Trail: it is of medium difficulty and takes about 1 hour one way. It starts at the Laguna Rodeo and also ends at Route 4.

Please note that since the Corral Redondo and Miradores trails end at the provincial road 4, in both cases you can walk there and return by car if you coordinate with someone else to come and pick you up.
