It is one of the gateways from where you can visit the Iberá Wetlands, located in the north of the province of Corrientes.
It is accessed by a road that leaves National Route 118 at about 14 kilometres from the town of Loreto. At the beginning there is a park ranger's post where they give indications of the road and the place, and inform about which sector can be visited on your own and which requires an obligatory guide. There is also a sign with a map showing the attractions of the area.
This area of Iberá is characterised by the presence of marshes and circular lagunas (like lakes). From the entrance you take a gravel road, which after 1 or 2 km crosses a marshland. Then there is an enabled trail for a walking tour. After about 5 km you reach the Bola marsh, where there are some footbridges with a view of a circular body of water, and there are loungers and wooden parasols. Along the way you will often come across wildlife typical of the area.
