To get to the city of Villa Carlos Paz in the Argentinean province of Córdoba there are several means of transport:
1. By bus: there is daily public transportation from localities of the Punilla Valley and its surroundings, such as Cabalango, Capilla del Monte, Cosquín, Cuesta Blanca, Icho Cruz, La Cumbre, La Falda, San Antonio de Arredondo and many more. There are also buses from other parts of the province and the rest of the country such as Buenos Aires City, Córdoba City, Formosa, La Rioja, Mendoza, Mina Clavero, Resistencia, Rosario, San Luis, Villa Dolores, Villa María, etc.
2. By car: several roads lead to the city. Provincial Route 14 communicates with the localities of the south of Punilla, and further on it connects with other roads to reach the valley of Calamuchita, Paravachasca and the Pampa de Achala. The National Route 20 is a highway to the city of Córdoba. National Route 38 links it to the north of the Punilla Valley, Cruz del Eje and the province of La Rioja.
3. By plane: Córdoba City airport is the closest airport and it is about 43 km away. There are daily flights from Buenos Aires, and also with different frequency (check days) from Bariloche, Comodoro Rivadavia, Iguazú, Mendoza, Neuquén, Salta, San Miguel de Tucumán and Ushuaia. There may also be flights (confirm) from abroad, such as Rio de Janeiro and Santiago de Chile.
4. By train: the Tren de las Sierras arrives from the city of Córdoba and localities of the Punilla Valley, such as Capilla del Monte, Cosquin, San Esteban and Valle Hermoso. If you pass through Cosquín you must change trains.
