The time of the year you choose to visit the Chubut coast is important in several aspects.

Regarding the beaches, it is in summer (December to March) when you can go to the water, as the temperature tends to be warmer (although this depends on the locality). In the rest of the year the weather and the sea are very cold in this region.

If you go in summer the day lasts a long time, for example in January it lasts about 15 hours (sunrise at about 6 am and sunset at 9 pm). But in winter it is much shorter, for example in June there are only 9 hours of sunshine.
