Information
It is a beach located inside a protected area called Punta Bermeja Provincial Fauna Reserve, which covers a stretch of the Acantilados Route of Río Negro.
It is about 29 kilometres away from El Cóndor, arriving by a paved stretch of Provincial Route 1. There is a bus that goes from El Cóndor, but with certain defined schedules.
La Lobería is a wide beach (at low tide), with sandy areas and high cliffs. At low tide, natural pools are formed. The time I went there, you had to pay a ticket to get there by means of a ramp, and there was a basic grocery store in the area.
One particularity is that sea lions are often seen. At times when there are a lot of people, the mammals may move to remote and solitary areas of the beach.
