The city of San Luis (capital of the province) can be reached from many points of Argentina by different means of transport:
1. By bus: public transport arrives from the cities of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, General Pico, La Plata, Mar del Plata, Mendoza, Río Cuarto, Rosario, San Juan, San Rafael, Santa Rosa, Villa Mercedes and many more. It also has bus services to the main tourist centres of the province of San Luis.
2. By car: National Route 7 connects it with Buenos Aires (770 km), Mendoza (254 km) and Villa Mercedes (90 km). National Route 146 connects it with San Rafael (268 km).
3. By plane: its Brigadier Mayor Cesar Raul Ojeda airport is located 3.5 km from the city centre, where flights arrive every day from Buenos Aires.
